The film work Statement is a poetic fragment of a moment when the tipping point of the globe becomes a sculptural gesture. The camera dances with metal objects, trying to resonate with an abstract space until the rigid images merge with the dance. The sound seems to be constantly expanding and the rhythm is absorbed in a dark place of movement, attracted by the light. Film comes from the dark and needs light to manifest itself. Formally, it is always in transition between the two states.
